Laura and I have that travel itch again, and while it might only manifest itself domestically for the near future, that doesn’t mean we aren’t planning our next jaunt across the pond. When we think about whether or not we should return to any of the cities we found ourselves in last fall, we ask each other one simple question: Did we give it our best? 

While we feel that most of the places we traveled did, in fact, get our best, there is one particular city that we feel needs more of our attention. That city would be London. Foggy London Town. The Big Smoke. Lun-Lun.

The reason? Mainly because of the infamous ‘Chicken Lady in the Hood.’ When you spend a good amount of your time sleeping with chickens and traveling into London proper, it’s hard to spend time IN London proper. You smell what I’m stepping in? I hope so. It’s chicken poo. Literally.

We’ll have to settle for visions of double-decker busses and fantastic Indian food dancing in our heads until we meet London again. Until then, our great friend, The Internet Cooking Princess, has put together this mighty fine list of places to dine in pretty much every London burrough. Although, when we went, she even broke the categories down into ‘Spend’ and ‘Save,’ which helped us budget perfectly. She lived in London for a while and she’s one of the finest culinary artists we know. So yes, we trust her. You should, too.
