‘Cause It’s Friday
Let’s take a second and get real. It’s Friday. We all probably aren’t what some would call ‘productive’ at work today, because, well, it’s Friday. If you find yourself counting down the hours until you leave work for the weekend, maybe this post will help you. Also, don’t tell your boss (unless they are cool or you are the boss), thus causing them to block our blog from your work computers, thus removing a piece of daily joy from your soul. Ok, I may have taken it too far. A boy can dream though, right?
One of my faves. I often wake Laura up with this song or one of his other classics in the morning (seriously). This is a reminder to take your shorty to the movies this weekend. I know I will.
I dare you to not be entranced by this video. It’s ok, 70 million other people couldn’t take their eyes off it either. This is a cover song of one of our favorite new artists, Gotye. Dig it.
I love entrepreneurship. This may be the best start-up introduction of all time. Their website crashed when this video went viral. I’d like to see their sales numbers from the last week.
If you haven’t seen or heard of this video in the last week, you are either hiding under a rock, or you are my father. Just kidding dad (kind of). There has been a bit of controversy over where the money goes within this organization. I’m not going to get political here, but I will say this. If even ONE child is saved from this, then that is good enough for me.
